		<description>Hi, my names Chris and i want to build some tough 6pack abs.
Im 15years old, and im getting so confused with all the info that sites are giving me. 
I know that cardio, combined with a healthy diet and ab exercises will get you there, but i have no idea what kind of cardio, what ab exercises to do etc etc.
Can you please explain to me what Interval Training is, the best ab exercises to do, and when to do them ?

   Now I red this entry and I am a cross country runner, rugby player, and i swim a lot with my girlfriend, now she likes me the way i am and i do not have a 6 pack but i am very active, but i only have maybe a 3 pack and cannot go any further because of my metabolism rate is so high it eats through fat and body muscle how would you suggest to build abs while being as athletic as i am? I have a question, I&#039;m 33 years old with 4 kids, I lost 24 pounds in 4 months doing a nutritional diet (3 litters of water daily, whey protein, and eating 5 small meals a day), workouts for 2 hours 5 days a week combination of cardio (running 45 minutes with a belt), weights and exercises (for my waist and abdomen), I noticed that my abs are getting there but after 4 pregnacies the sking is kinda hanging, what can I do with my hanging skin in my abdomen? Do you think I can&#039;t get a six pack again because of my four pregnacies? I do really need info will be appreciate it!
