		<description>You are right about one thing... you must make a commitment if you plan on getting a flat stomach. Ab exercises are good, but it must be part of an overall cardio plan if you want to loose stomach fat quickly.

One thing that I learned is that you must set goals and stick with them. If you make a mistake on your diet one day, just make sure that you do better the next day. I have to say 2 weeks is fast, but you can see progress in that short period of time.</description>
