The first thing we need to do is cut down on junk foods. This starts in the school level itself. We should stop this to avoid future generation getting obese. One simple exercise to burn belly fat is push ups. It also tightens the stomach muscles. If we follow the tips given in point number 3, we can definitely burn belly fat easily.

I was searching for a article where i can get the easiest way to build abs? I can build abs with yoga excercises? Whole article is very informative and straight to the point.

Great question, Monica. Yoga, when done correctly (and most people don’t), works many muscles at the same time. This gives you a full body workout.

You still need to watch your diet, to some abs-specific exercise and to perform some resistance training.
